AMRI Appoints New Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

AMRI (NASDAQ: AMRI) announced today that Lori M. Henderson has joined AMRI as vice president, general counsel and secretary, reporting to AMRI Chairman, President and CEO Thomas E. D’Ambra.

Ms. Henderson will be responsible for leading all of AMRI’s legal and corporate affairs activities for the company’s locations worldwide, including the United States, Europe and Asia. Previously, she served as general counsel, corporate secretary and chief administrative officer for Rand Worldwide, Inc. Prior to that, she was general counsel, corporate secretary and chief administrative officer for Moldflow Corporation. She also served as corporate counsel and clerk at CP Clare Corporation and was an associate at Goodwin Procter LLP. Ms. Henderson holds a B.A. from Gordon College and a J.D. from George Washington University.
