Alliance Semiconductor Announces Rescheduled Date For Its Fourth Quart

    SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 20, 2005--Alliance Semiconductor Corporation (Nasdaq:ALSC) today announced that it has rescheduled its earnings call regarding its results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended March 26, 2005, which was previously scheduled to be held Friday April 22, 2005, in order to complete its financial statement close and audit process. Alliance and its external auditors are working diligently to complete the close, audit and testing process, and management now plans to hold its earnings call on Friday, April 29, 2005 after the market closes.
    Following the press release, Alliance's management team will host a live Web cast and conference call to discuss the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2005 financial results beginning at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on April 29, 2005.
