American States Water Company Announces Fourth Quarter Webcast Replay

American States Water Company (NYSE:AWR) held its Fourth Quarter 2009 results teleconference and Internet webcast at 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time today. Due to telecommunications difficulties, the live audio play of the teleconference was interrupted for about four minutes approximately ten minutes into the call.
