leaving her position as senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing and
Corporate Development, effective March 1, 2010. Ms. Mayer will be taking
an executive position at Hewlett Packard, as the vice president of
marketing for the Enterprise Servers, Storage and Networking Business
Unit.
