cloud operations and IT management performance after implementing a
unified cloud and IT operations management solution from BMC Software

Chunghwa Telecom (CHT) launched its hicloud Compute-as-a-Service (CaaS)
solution in April 2010 to provide cloud services to enterprises in
Taiwan. However, their traditional IT operations model could not meet
the growing business demand. CHT needed a solution to automate
configuration and enable rapid cloud service delivery to successfully
accommodate the growing hicloud CaaS market. After a thorough review,
CHT selected BMC for the strength of its cloud management solution.

provides CHT with a complete
end-to-end stack configuration in a secure network and operating system

completed the deployment of CHT’s hicloud CaaS in just 90 days,
effectively speeding up the delivery time for CHT’s cloud services.
