Carola Lavén will be the new President of NCC Property Development,
commencing at the latest during April, 2013. She joins NCC from Atrium
Ljungberg where she is currently Head of business development and member
of the management team.
Carola Lavén has a long experience and deep understanding within real
estate development and sales in different management positions. Carola
has a broad and thorough expertise in the entire value chain within the
property sector – from the role as property manager to developer and
within transactions as letting. She has held executive positions in
business development at Atrium Ljungberg (LjungbergGruppen) since 2003.
Prior to this, she has worked at Drott and Skanska in various senior
management positions as property manager and developer.

growth of NCC property development business as well as to the
development of the whole NCC. Her expertise and experience from the
whole spectra of property projects - from development commercial
buildings to housing projects – as well as her strong leadership skills,
will be valuable to strengthen NCC’s position in the future,” says Peter

She will commence as President for NCC Property Development at the
latest during April 2013 and will be a member of NCC Group Management.
Carola Lavén holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering from
The Stockholm Royal Institute of Technology. She is a member of the
Federal Executive Board in BRIS since 2011.
