CityBank's Board of Directors Announces Retirement of Chief Financial Officer

LYNNWOOD, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 22, 2005--The Board of Directors today announced the retirement of Judy Muench, CFO. Ms. Muench has served as CFO since October, 1990, and has over 25 years with CityBank (Nasdaq:CTBK). She will be stepping down on June 30, 2005. A successor for the position has not yet been named.
