Colonial Commercial Corp. Appoints Peter Gasiewicz President and Chief Operating Officer

Colonial Commercial Corp. ("Colonial”) (OTCQB: "CCOM,” "CCOMP”), today announced the appointment of Peter Gasiewicz as its President and Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Gasiewicz started with the Company on January 21, 2008 as its Vice President of Sales where he focused his efforts on reorganization of the sales group and re-defining the Company’s sales objectives. His experience has aided the Company’s efforts in navigating through this difficult time. He brings his extensive experience in the HVAC industry to lead the company forward to maintain and improve the Company’s market share and profitability. Previously, Mr. Gasiewicz was President of Fedders North America, Senior Vice President of Fedders Corporation, Vice President and General Manager of International Comfort Products/Carrier Corporation (ICP), a division of United Technologies Corporation, and has held various other positions in the HVAC industry. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from New Jersey’s Ramapo College and has obtained a variety of technical certifications. Mr. Gasiewicz is also a Vietnam ERA Veteran who served with the United States Marine Corps.
