Comcast Corporation announced today that on February 27, 2012, it will
redeem $562.5 million principal amount outstanding of the $1.125 billion
aggregate principal amount outstanding of its 7.00% Senior Notes due
September 15, 2055 (CUSIP No. 2003ON408) at a redemption price of $25.00
per Note (100.00% of the principal amount thereof), plus accrued but
unpaid interest to, but excluding, the redemption date. The Notes are
traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "CCW”. The Bank
of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. is the trustee for the Notes.
