Copart and Carl Edwards Team up for 2010 NASCAR Nationwide Season

Copart, Inc. (NASDAQ:CPRT), a leading online vehicle auction, is proud to announce that the company has entered into an agreement with Roush Fenway Racing to sponsor Carl Edwards and the No. 60 Ford. Copart will appear as the primary sponsor on the No. 60 for 16 races beginning in 2010 and will appear as an associate sponsor on the Ford for the remaining races.

Copart recently enhanced its website to make it easier to search for and view vehicles offered at www.copart.com, demonstrating Copart’s ongoing commitment to provide the most efficient bidding environment possible.

Copart will first appear as a primary sponsor on the No. 60 Ford at Auto Club Speedway in February of next year. Edwards, the 2007 Nationwide Series champion, has one win, two poles, six top-five and seven top-10’s in just nine starts at the 2-mile oval. To date, Edwards has 24 career Nationwide wins – a number that he looks to add to in 2010 with Copart on his team.

Edwards is a fan of auctions and used to purchase vehicles from an auction that Copart now owns. He’d fix the vehicles up with his dad and then resell them.
