Copart, Inc. (NASDAQ:CPRT), a leading online vehicle auction company, is
proud to announce the extension of its relationship with Germain Racing
to include primary sponsorship of the No. 30 Copart Tundra and driver
Todd Bodine in the final three races of the 2009 NASCAR Camping World
Truck Series.
"Copart got its first NASCAR win with Todd behind the wheel of the No.
30 Copart Tundra in June, and we anticipate an exciting final three
races of the season in which we hope to be in Victory Lane again,” said
Copart President Jay Adair. "We hope these three final races will
continue the momentum we have built this season through our NASCAR
sponsorships which have shown fans that Copart is a great place to find
a great deal on a car!”
Copart recently enhanced its website to make it easier for new buyers to
search for and view vehicles offered at www.copart.com.
"Copart is dedicated to continued buyer awareness so that our sellers
can continue to enjoy the most efficient bidding environment possible,”
said Adair.
The final three races of the truck series in which Copart will sponsor
Bodine and the No. 30 Copart Tundra include Texas Motor Speedway on
Friday, Nov. 6; Phoenix International Raceway on Friday, Nov. 13 and the
conclusion of the season at Homestead-Miami Speedway Friday, Nov. 20.
Bodine has been to victory lane at each of these race tracks – Texas
(2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2009), Homestead (2005, 2008) and Phoenix
(2005). Germain Racing is looking forward to putting the Copart Tundra
up front as the NASCAR racing season draws to a close.
"Copart has been a great part of our No. 30 Tundra team this season,”
said Bodine, who drove for Copart in eight races in 2009. "These tracks
(Texas, Phoenix and Homestead-Miami) are strong for us and we look
forward to getting the word out again to race fans about Copart’s large
inventory of vehicles and the great deals they can get at Copart.com.”
