EGPI Firecreek, Inc. (OTCBB: EFIR) is pleased to announce that their
newest subsidiary Arctic Solar Engineering, LLC ("ASE”) has recently
filed a patent for their unique cooling fin design.
Arctic’s patent pending cooling fins provide radiant cooling as part of
an alternative energy solution. The cooling fins are a beautiful unique
design that will function in the reverse process of a radiator, in order
to cool a space. These cooling fins provide a significant amount of
surface space which is required for radiant cooling without covering the
entire ceiling of a structure. Additionally, the cooling fins are
pleasant to look at and make an excellent architectural addition to any
building.
The fins are also more efficient than traditional cooling plates and/or
chilled beams typically used in radiant cooling applications, and are
less costly. Due to the nature of ASE’s patent pending design, the fins
provide excellent cooling, while minimizing the issue of condensation
frequently prevalent in radiant cooling applications.
Fred Sussman, CEO of Arctic Solar Engineering, stated, "Arctic Solar
researches alternative energy solutions for the best applications in the
marketplace. Because there is not one alternative energy solution that
is right for every business need, our mission is to identify the best
alternative energy solutions, and to create a system that will provide
the energy the client needs, while generating a measurable return on
investment for them. To date, our focus has been on Solar Thermal
Energy, the most efficient technology for hot water and space heating
applications. In the future, our portfolio will include every
alternative energy solution that fits that criteria.”
Dennis Alexander, EGPI Firecreek CEO, stated, "The recent filing of
ASE’s patent shows the seriousness and intent of our energy division
when it comes to becoming a leading provider of alternative energy
through Artic’s Solar Thermal Energy System.” He also stated, "We are
extremely confident that over the course of the next several weeks, we
will be able to provide a consistent level of business to this division.”
