First Republic Bank Named ‘Investor Of The Year’ by Merritt Community Capital Corporation

First Republic Bank, a leading private bank and wealth management company, has been named "Investor Of The Year” by Merritt Community Capital Corporation, which invests in affordable housing throughout California.

First Republic was recognized for its investment in Merritt Community Capital Fund XIII, L.P., a Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) multi-investor fund. First Republic contributed $14 million and helped Merritt raise its largest LIHTC fund in its 21-year history.
