Flagstone Reinsurance Holdings, S.A. (NYSE:FSR) announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $ 0.04 per Common Share. The dividend is payable on December 15th, 2010 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 1st, 2010.
