On July 26, 2010, Guard Dog, Inc. ("Guard Dog”) issued a press release concerning its relationship with and sponsorship of MMA Fighter Chael Sonnen. Guard Dog has received numerous inquiries related to the July 26, 2010 press release and whether any business involvement exists with Zuffa, LLC ("Zuffa”) dba Ultimate Fighting Championship® ("UFC”). Guard Dog wishes to clarify that it has no business or sponsorship relationship with Zuffa and that our agreement with Chael does not involve the UFC in any manner.
