Health Net, Inc. (NYSE:HNT) today announced that it has named Angelee
Bouchard, 41, as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate
secretary, effective immediately. She replaces Linda Tiano, who is
relocating to the company’s Shelton, Conn., office and becomes
president, Regional Health Plans, Health Net of the Northeast, with
responsibility for the Northeast health plans.
Bouchard joined Health Net in 2003 as vice president, assistant general
counsel and assistant secretary. Her primary responsibilities have
included oversight of all of the company’s corporate finance and
merger-and-acquisition transactions as well as the company’s corporate
governance program.

coupled with her extensive experience in corporate law and strong

Prior to joining Health Net, Bouchard was an associate in the Los
Angeles office of Latham & Watkins LLP.
Bouchard received her J.D. from the University of Southern California
and is a member of the California State Bar. She joins Health Net’s
Executive Committee and will report directly to Gellert.
