INX is proud to be recognized again for achieving Cisco Customer
Satisfaction Excellence status in the United States. This level of
customer satisfaction is awarded to only the top 15 percent of Cisco’s
channel partners and is done by geography. This award is based on
customer feedback to Cisco on a partner’s performance using customer
satisfaction surveys and assessments that are captured in the Cisco
Partner Access Online tool.
