Interval International Welcomes Vale d’Oliveiras Quinta Resort & Spa to Global Vacation Exchange Network

The mixed-used resort is located in Carvoeiro, a whitewashed village in the western part of the sun-drenched Algarve. The property has 22 acres of landscaped gardens laced with walking paths within its gated grounds. On-site amenities include two outdoor swimming pools, a health club with a heated indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and gymnasium, and tennis courts. The resort's world-class spa offers a wide range of massage and beauty treatments.

In addition to the boutique hotel, the resort features 82 one- and two-bedroom fractional residences built in Portuguese style with modern flourishes. Tiled in natural stone throughout, each apartment’s interior living space opens to generous terraces with pool or garden views. The decor differs from unit to unit, featuring vivid colour-schemes and Mediterranean-type furnishings, including distinguishing elements such as unique balustrades and chimney pots. In-suite amenities include satellite LCD TV with Dolby surround and DVD player and Internet access.

The poolside Olive Tree restaurant – highly rated on the Algarve, thanks to award-winning Chef Alain Salles – offers a gourmet menu of Mediterranean and Portuguese cuisine and light meals year-round. The seasonal Jasmin pool bar serves al fresco meals and hosts barbeques with live music in the summer. During school holidays, the resort offers a Kids’ Club for children aged 4 to 12 years. The resort is a short drive to dining, shopping, and nightspots in Carvoeiro, a lively resort town that has grown up around a beautiful cove beach.
