Itron, Inc. (NASDAQ: ITRI), a leading solutions provider to the utility
industry, announced today that Barbara Doyle has joined Itron as vice
president of Investor Relations. Barbara has more than ten years of
investor relations experience in the technology industry. Prior to
joining Itron, Barbara was vice president of Investor Relations at
Lawson Software, Inc., a $750 million revenue global provider of
enterprise software solutions which was recently acquired by the private
equity firm Golden Gate Capital.
Barbara began her career at IBM Corporation where she held positions of
increasing responsibility in budgeting and planning, business
development and controllership before moving into the investor relations
group in 2000. Barbara holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance
from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Duke University.
