With updated browser support and extensions to the Jacada knowledge base, JIS V9.0 enables customers to stay current on their strategic technology stacks while continuing to protect their legacy system investments.
JIS is a robust and feature-rich web-to-host solution that enables call center agents to utilize modern graphical user interfaces verses green screens. With the ability to convert both mainframe and IBM Series i (AS/400) applications from the same tool, this latest version of JIS extends the runtime platforms to support modern day application servers, including Oracle Weblogic and IBM WebSphere.
