Lucy Krell Joins CTPartners as a Partner in the Santiago Office

CTPartners (AMEX: CTP), a leading global retained executive search firm, announced today that Lucy Krell has joined the firm as a Partner in Santiago, Chile. Lucy possesses 14 years of experience in executive search for top management positions in diverse industry sectors such as Financial Services, Retail & Consumer Goods, Telecommunications and Industrial, including local, regional and global companies.

Lucy joins CTPartners from Heidrick & Struggles where she served as Managing Partner of the firm’s Santiago office. In her tenure as an Executive Search Consultant, she participated in more than 400 searches across senior levels.

Lucy’s corporate experience includes time at Unilever, where she held management positions in Marketing and Sales for the Detergents and Personal Products divisions. She also directed a sales team to serve the main supermarkets and pharmacies/drugstores at a country level. Lucy has a Business Administration (B.S.) degree from Universidad de Chile.
