MOBOTIX, an industry leading provider of high-resolution, network-based
security solutions, recently held its annual East Coast National Partner
Conference in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., which attracted more than 170 new
and existing resellers, integrators and end users.
Throughout the three-day event, Mobotix executives, including Chief
Sales Officer Dr. Magnus Ekerot, presented an update on the company’s
overall product and business strategies, and provided an overview of the
new MOBOTIX International Channel Network Program. The event also served
as the introduction for a number of new technologies, including the S14
FlexMount, the next-generation DualDome D14, the Hemispheric T24 IP
Video Door Station and the new Mobotix Mobile App for the T24. In
addition, technology partners and integrators presented studies of
recent MOBOTIX installations. Success story presentations included the
Bergen County Courthouse, installed by IMSYS; Customs and Border Patrol,
installed by Multi-Media Communications; Bojangles Restaurants,
installed by Down East Protection Systems; Fort Detrick, installed by
Jen-esis; and Catholic Insurance, installed by Secucast.
The conference concluded with MOBOTIX announcing the award recipients of
their 2012 outstanding partnerships and initiatives. Honorees included:
-
Partner of the Year: Video Verification Security
-
Growth Strategy: The Penfold Group
-
Newcomer of the Year: Down East Protection Systems
-
Project of the Year: Bojangles Restaurants installed by Down East
Protection Systems
"We are honored by these recognitions, but MOBOTIX deserves much of the
credit. The company’s decentralized approach to surveillance allowed us
to win a bid that has generated more than 20 Bojangles restaurant
installations,” said Greg Smith, Down East Protection Systems.
"Furthermore, the support we’ve received as a MOBOTIX partner has
enabled us to build our business, while tapping into new market
opportunities.”
"The NPC is a critical event for us as it provides resellers with
knowledge of the latest initiatives and technologies, and helps partners
develop new business strategies that drive growth,” said Steve Gorski,
General Manager, Americas, MOBOTIX. "The event also allows MOBOTIX to
gain valuable insights into what our VARs need to continue to be
successful and help drive demand for our product lines.”
