Meredith Esarey Joins The Private Bank of California as Vice President Relationship Manager

The Private Bank of California (the "Bank”) (OTCBB: PBCA) today announced that Meredith Esarey has joined the company as a Vice President Relationship Manager.

Working out of the Bank’s headquarters in Century City, Esarey will focus on business development and relationship management including lending solutions for businesses, high net worth individuals, service firms and entrepreneurs. Esarey reports directly to Kathleen Chapman, the Senior Vice President Relationship Manager at the Bank.

"Meredith’s strong background in relationship banking and lending is a great asset to the Bank and its clients,” said Chapman. "Her professionalism and client-focused approach are an excellent fit for our clientele and we are thrilled to have her on board.”

Esarey joined The Private Bank of California from EastWest Bank in Century City, where she worked in Business Development. Prior to that she was with BB&T (Branch Banking and Trust Company) in Virginia as a Relationship Manager, a position she held for over six years.

Meredith received her bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Kentucky. In addition, while at BB&T, she participated in a seven-month training program facilitated by OMEGA Credit Training to become formally credit trained. Outside of work, Esarey serves on the Emerging Leader Council Board of The United Way and tutors homeless children through a program called School on Wheels.
