(NYSE: MWW), and Ogden Newspapers, Inc., have announced a strategic partnership and launch of co-branded Web sites to offer combined online and print services via Ogden Newspapers’ family of 39 local newspapers across 12 states.

The alliance fully integrates Monster.com’s comprehensive solutions into Ogden Newspapers’ websites, delivering a complete job-search and recruitment experience to local audiences. The co-branded sites will provide Ogden’s job seekers with job-search capabilities, resume management, career tools and advice. Local employers will benefit from an increased breadth of online recruitment solutions including access to Monster’s resume database, the Career Ad Network, and superior talent-matching technology.
