Vivendi (Paris:VIV) is satisfied at the U.S. South District of Manhattan
Court’s decision, made public today, to dismiss claims by individual
shareholders who had bought ordinary Vivendi shares on the Paris Bourse.
This ruling is in line with the June 2010 U.S. Supreme Court decision
Morrison v. National Australia Bank Ltd.
