Known as the Judicial VSX Collaboration Systems, the Polycom Judicial Cart and Polycom Judicial Wall Unit, are specifically designed for the unique requirements of judicial, legal and penal environments. The units incorporate Polycom's market-leading conferencing and collaboration technology, providing judges, legal professionals, court officials, inmates and witnesses with an efficient, cost-effective and safe process for deposition, trials, and consultations.
Polycom's Judicial VSX Collaboration Systems support one-to-one and one-to-many communication in courtrooms, offices, conference rooms, prisons, visitation centers and other meeting areas. By providing the highest quality video, enhanced audio and several industry-specific features, they offer a more efficient way to enable greater communication, while decreasing travel time, security risks and inmate transportation costs for the judicial system.

The Judicial Cart includes the Polycom VSX 7000 codec encased in 14 gauge steel cabinet with an unbreakable Lexan(R) shield, transparent window and secure, lockable cart. Built to withstand tough treatment, the cart is designed for a variety of secure environments. The system can be implemented as either a permanent floor-bolted communication station or a mobile unit with casters that lock firmly into place. The unit has a high quality audio handset feature when privacy is required and contains a removable work surface.
The Judicial Wall Unit delivers real-time interactive voice and video communications capabilities in circumstances where space is limited. The unit includes a VSX 3000 codec, also encased in a steel cabinet and an unbreakable window for added security. The Wall Unit is a mere 80lbs and can also be implemented as a permanent or mobile unit for maximum flexibility and mobility.
