NitroMed and Boston Scientific Complete Research Collaboration

NitroMed (NASDAQ:NTMD) said today that its researchprogram with Boston Scientific (NYSE:BSX), under which NitroMed'snitric oxide-enhancing technology was being studied in connection withrestenosis in balloon angioplasty, will conclude on December 31, 2005.NitroMed intends to continue to explore the use of its nitricoxide-enhancing technology in medical devices.
