Oshkosh Defense, a division of Oshkosh Corporation (NYSE:OSK), is
supporting the Armed Forces Foundation’s (AFF) Rumble
With a Cause sweepstakes as it partners with the Green Bay Packers
and the Wisconsin National Guard to sponsor the Green Bay Packers’
Military Appreciation Game. Game attendees will get an up-close look at
an MRAP All Terrain Vehicle (M-ATV)
and have the chance to participate in the Rumble With a Cause
sweepstakes.
In an effort to raise funds to support active and retired members of the
U.S. military and their families, the AFF launched the Rumble
With a Cause sweepstakes in October 2009 with the support of
Oshkosh. AFF employees will be on site throughout the event to collect
donations. The sweepstakes will have two winners, each receiving a
custom-painted Harley-Davidson® Fat Boy®
motorcycle, donated to the AFF by Oshkosh Defense. The sweepstake closes
in April 2010.
"We are thrilled to collaborate with these two outstanding organizations
to show our gratitude and appreciation to members of the U.S. military,”
said Andy Hove, Oshkosh Corporation executive vice president and
president, Defense. "We hope to generate visibility for the Foundation
and the great work that they provide to military families and to raise
significant donations at the game to help our troops.”
Other activities during the game include giveaways to all game
attendees, the national anthem performed by a local Army soldier who
will be retiring soon after 20 years of service, and video greetings
from Wisconsin National Guard members in Iraq and Afghanistan. Also,
four individuals and their families, two from the Wisconsin Army
National Guard and two from the Wisconsin Air National Guard, will be
recognized on the field during a brief halftime ceremony.
In addition to on-site entries, tax-deductible donations to Rumble With
a Cause can be made at www.rumblewithacause.org
(no donation or purchase is necessary to enter). Individuals will
receive one entry for each $10 donation made up to a total of $200 or 20
entries. All rules, including instructions for entry without donation
and eligibility requirements, are available on the sweepstakes Web site.

release, words such as "may,” "will,” "expect,” "intend,” "estimate,”

in the rate of production for the M-ATV contract and the amount, if any,
of additional orders for M-ATVs that the Company may receive; the
cyclical nature of the Company’s access equipment, commercial and fire &
emergency markets, especially during a global recession and credit

additional impairment charges related to many of the Company’s
intangible assets; the expected level and timing of U.S. Department of

Tactical Vehicles (FMTV) award to the Company; risks related to
reductions in government expenditures and the uncertainty of government
contracts; the consequences of financial leverage associated with the
JLG acquisition, which could limit the Company’s ability to pursue
various opportunities; risks related to the collectability of
receivables during a recession, particularly for those businesses with
exposure to construction markets; risks related to production delays as
a result of the economy’s impact on the Company’s suppliers; the
potential for commodity costs to rise sharply, including in a future
economic recovery; risks associated with international operations and
sales, including foreign currency fluctuations; and the potential for
increased costs relating to compliance with changes in laws and
regulations. Additional information concerning these and other factors
