For the three months ended March 31, 2012, net loss applicable to common shareholders was $285,250 or ($0.00) per diluted share compared to net loss of $193,513 or ($0.00) per diluted share for the three months ended March 31, 2011. Revenue decreased by $66,791 or 11.3% for the three months ended March 31, 2012 compared to the three months ended March 31, 2011.
