PROS Leadership Team as senior vice president of Strategic Consulting,
focusing on B2B manufacturing, distribution, and services markets.
DeCarlis brings deep industry expertise and thought leadership to his
role helping customers develop effective pricing strategies to realize
enterprise-wide pricing value.

DeCarlis is known for his consultative approach and keen ability to
assess a wide array of business and technical issues. Before joining
PROS, he was founder and managing partner of Strategic Pricing Partners,
a consulting firm focused on pricing strategy development, technology
enablement, effective implementation, and ongoing management to help
clients establish competitive differentiation and achieve superior
return for shareholders. He was also a partner in the Pricing and Profit
Optimization practice at Accenture, where he worked with some of the
world’s largest, most complex companies to transform their pricing
capabilities.
As vice president at Manugistics, DeCarlis served as an early innovator
within the industry, helping more than 70 companies create incremental
value in excess of $350 million through pricing and profit optimization
strategies. His areas of expertise include B2B manufacturing and
distribution, consumer goods and services, and services industries.
DeCarlis has a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International
Relations from the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of
Business.
