Phase Forward Announces Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2009 Financial Reporting Date for February 4, 2010

Phase Forward Incorporated (NASDAQ: PFWD), a leading provider of data management solutions for clinical trials and drug safety, announced today that it will release financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2009 and hold a conference call with investors on Thursday, February 4, 2010. The Company plans to hold the investor conference call, hosted by Bob Weiler, chairman and chief executive officer, and Chris Menard, senior vice president and chief financial officer, to discuss its fourth quarter and full year 2009 financial results and its outlook for the first quarter and full year 2010.
