Phase Forward Announces Third Quarter Financial Reporting Date for October 29, 2009

Phase Forward Incorporated (NASDAQ: PFWD), a leading provider of data management solutions for clinical trials and drug safety, announced today that it will release financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2009 and hold a conference call with investors on Thursday, October 29, 2009. The Company plans to hold the investor conference call, hosted by Bob Weiler, chairman and chief executive officer, and Chris Menard, senior vice president and chief financial officer, to discuss its third quarter 2009 financial results and its outlook for the fourth quarter and full year 2009. The call will be held on Thursday, October 29, 2009, at 5:00 p.m. (EDT).
