the NASDAQ-100 Index®, effective at the start of trading Thursday,
October 29, 2009.
The NASDAQ-100 Index® is comprised of the 100 largest non-financial
stocks on The NASDAQ Stock Market® based on market capitalization.
Priceline.com shares also will be added to the PowerShares QQQ Trust
(NasdaqGM:QQQQ), which aims to provide investment results that, before
expenses, correspond with the NASDAQ-100 Index performance.
