Republic Airways Holdings (NASDAQ: RJET), today reported preliminary
passenger traffic results for March 2011. The Company generated 1.8
billion revenue passenger miles (RPMs), a 2% decrease from the same
month last year, while available seat miles (ASMs) increased by 1%.
Block hours were 84,328 in March 2011, up 1% from March 2010.
Consolidated load factor was 78% versus 81% in March 2010. Nearly 2.7
million passengers were carried during the month, a 2% reduction from
the same month last year.

Republic Airways Holdings, based in Indianapolis, Indiana is an airline
holding company that owns Chautauqua Airlines, Frontier Airlines, Lynx
Aviation, Republic Airlines and Shuttle America, collectively "the
airlines.” The airlines offer scheduled passenger service on
approximately 1,600 flights daily to 135 cities in 41 states, Canada,
Costa Rica, and Mexico under branded operations at Frontier, and through
fixed-fee airline services agreements with five major U.S. airlines. The
fixed-fee flights are operated under an airline partner brand, such as
AmericanConnection, Continental Express, Delta Connection, United
