of the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) that the ITC has
overturned the recent decision of the Administrative Law Judge to stay
Tessera’s wireless ITC action against
Motorola, Freescale, Qualcomm and others. Tessera has not yet received
the ITC’s written notice announcing this
decision, but expects that the written notice will be available shortly.
