Tessera Provides Update on Wireless ITC Action
Tessera Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:TSRA), a leading provider of
miniaturization technologies for the electronics industry, today
provided a status update regarding its wireless International Trade
Commission (ITC) action.
Tessera has been informed by the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) that a
five-day hearing has been tentatively scheduled to begin on July 14,
2008, in the company’s action against
Motorola, Freescale, Qualcomm and others. According to the ALJ’s
new schedule, an Initial Determination on the merits of Tessera’s
claims is expected be issued no later than October 20, 2008. The ALJ has
requested the ITC expedite its review of this new schedule.
