Two Harbors Investment Corp. Appoints Christine Battist as Managing Director

Two Harbors Investment Corp. (NYSE: TWO; NYSE Amex: TWO.WS) today announced the appointment of Christine Battist as Managing Director. In this role, Ms. Battist will have primary responsibility for the company’s investor relations and financial communications programs.

Previously, Ms. Battist was Director of Investor Relations for The Mosaic Company (NYSE: MOS), and was recognized by Institutional Investor magazine in 2010 as a Top 10 Investor Relations Professional. Prior to her investor relations role, she was Director of Financial Compliance for The Mosaic Company, and prior to that she was Director of Internal Audit for Tuesday Morning Corporation (NASDAQ: TUES). Ms. Battist began her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where she gained a decade of experience managing financial audit engagements for public companies in the U.S. capital and debt markets. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from St. Norbert College and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in the State of Texas.
