Ventas, Inc. (NYSE: VTR) ("Ventas” or the "Company”) announced today that it will issue its second quarter 2011 earnings release prior to the opening of trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Thursday, August 4, 2011. A conference call to discuss those earnings will be held the same day at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (10:00 a.m. Central Time).
The dial-in number for the conference call is (617) 213-8848. The participant passcode is "Ventas.” The call will also be webcast live by Thomson Reuters and can be accessed at the Company’s website at www.ventasreit.com or at www.earnings.com. A replay of the call will be available at the Company’s website, or by calling (617) 801-6888, passcode 41927326, beginning on August 4, 2011, at approximately 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time and will remain for 30 days.
