Vivendi (Paris:VIV) announced today that a New York court confirmed a
€765 million jury verdict rendered against Vivendi on June 25, 2012 in a
lawsuit filed by Liberty Media Corporation.
The Court awarded prejudgment interest at the low rate of a one-year
U.S. Treasury Department bill, as requested by Vivendi.
Vivendi strongly believes that it did no wrong and intends to pursue its
appeal to the fullest extent possible.
