today expressed its condolences to the family of Jack D. Kuehler, who
passed away on Dec. 20. Kuehler served on the company’s Board of
Directors from 1990 until his retirement in 2005.

Kuehler retired as president and vice chairman of the Board of the IBM
Corporation in 1993.
