Allstate Workplace Division Names Watkins Executive Vice President, Sales and Distribution

Allstate Workplace Division, a subsidiary of The Allstate Corporation, announced the appointment of W. Wayne Watkins, RHU as Executive Vice President, Sales and Distribution. In his new role, Watkins will oversee all the sales operations of the company, including the distribution of Allstate Workplace Division products through both the Allstate and independent agency channels. "Wayne is a dynamic leader with proven ability in the voluntary benefits market,” said David Bird, President, Allstate Workplace Division. "He is knowledgeable and experienced in developing relationships that deliver services and solutions that independent brokers need to satisfy their clients’ expectations. We are very fortunate indeed to have him as a part of our leadership team.” Watkins’ success in the voluntary benefits market spans two decades. A graduate of Florida State University, he previously served as president of CBIZ Worksite Services. In 2005 he was inducted in to the Workplace Benefits Association Hall of Fame.
