Apogee Enterprises Raises Quarterly Cash Dividend 10 Percent to $0.0815 Per Share

The Board of Directors of Apogee Enterprises, Inc. (Nasdaq: APOG) announced it has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0815 per share, payable on November 12, 2008 to shareholders of record on October 28, 2008. The dividend of $0.0815 per share represents an increase of 10 percent from the previous quarterly dividend of $0.074 per share. The company has approximately 28.4 million shares outstanding.
