Arbitron and More Enterprise Communications Sign Multi-Year Agreement for Portable People Meter(TM) Radio Rating Services

NEW YORK, March 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Arbitron Inc. today announced that More Enterprise Communications has signed a multi-year contract for Portable People Meter(TM) radio ratings services for XMOR-FM and XSPN-AM, both stations based in San Diego, CA with transmission from Tijuana, Mexico. This agreement will take effect as and when Arbitron commercializes the new audience ratings technology in San Diego.
