"We are excited to open our first new restaurant of 2009 in Henderson,”
commented Jerry Deitchle, Chairman and CEO. "Opening day sales were very
strong. The Henderson restaurant represents our second restaurant in the
Las Vegas market, where our first restaurant in Summerlin has enjoyed
above-average sales volumes and comparable restaurant growth during the
past few years. We continue to remain on track to open as many as 9 to
11 new restaurants during 2009 and thereby increase our total restaurant
operating weeks by 15% to 16% during the year.”
