NEW YORK (MarketWatch) --
Bank of America Corp. was downgraded on Wednesday to neutral from outperform by
Credit Suisse, which cited the stock's valuation as a reason for the move. "Current valuation appears to be ahead of the company's near to intermediate-term performance and appears to be discounting significantly faster improvements in efficiency than we would be expecting," Credit Suisse analysts wrote in a note to clients. They added that it will be difficult for Bank of America to grow revenues faster than the average bank.
