Charter to Hold Conference Call to Discuss Third Quarter 2008 Results

Charter Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHTR) (along with its subsidiaries, the "Company” or "Charter”) will host a conference call on Thursday, November 6, 2008, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) to discuss financial and operating results for the third quarter of 2008, and to respond to questions. A press release reporting such results will be issued at 8:00 a.m. ET that day.

The call will be archived in the "Investor & News Center” in the "Financial Information” section on the left beginning two hours after completion of the call.
