Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. (NYSE: CMG and CMG.B) today announced that the Company will present at two investor conferences next week.

On Monday, January 12, 2009, the Company will present at the 7^th Annual Cowen and Company Consumer Conference at The Westin New York at Times Square. The presentation will begin at 11:00 AM Eastern Time.

On Wednesday, January 14, 2009, the Company will present at the 11th Annual ICR XChange Conference at The St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort in Dana Point, California. The presentation will begin at 11:00 AM Eastern Time.

Both presentations will be webcast live from the Company's Web site at chipotle.com under the investor relations section. Archived webcasts will be available approximately one hour after the conclusion of the presentations.
