City Bank (NASDAQ:CTBK) announced today the selection of BDO Seidman,
LLP (BDO Seidman) to audit the Bank’s financial statements for the year
ended December 31, 2009. BDO Seidman is one of the largest national CPA
firms, and the firm has two offices in Washington State serving other
community banks with asset size in excess of $1 billion. Conrad Hanson,

needs.” BDO Seidman will also perform a quarterly review of the Bank’s
