Computer Programs and Systems' Inpatient Electronic Medical Record Receives Certification From CCHIT(SM)

Computer Programs and Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CPSI), a leading provider of healthcare information solutions, today announced its receipt of certification from the Certification Commission for Healthcare Information Technology (CCHIT(SM)) for its inpatient electronic medical record (EMR) product. CPSI is now CCHIT Certified(SM) for the CPSI System, Version 15, for CCHIT Inpatient EMR 2007. CCHIT is the recognized certification authority for electronic health records (EHRs).
