the Canned Food Alliance, which reveals the key factors that influence
the foods moms select and serve. Carol Byrd-Bredbenner, Ph.D., RD, FADA,
lead researcher, Nutritional Sciences Department, Rutgers, The State
University of New Jersey will be at the booth on Sunday to discuss how
moms differ in making food decisions that affect the entire family’s
nutrition.
